What You'll Be DoingAs a key member of the Tax team, you'll lead the corporate tax compliance service, manage a talented team, and deliver a wide range of advisory projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and coordinating corporate tax return preparationManaging compliance processes (e.g. ATED, ERS, EMI, EIS)Reviewing tax computations and ensuring technical accuracyLeading advisory projects such as restructuring, share schemes, R&D, and due diligenceCoaching and developing junior staff across tax and audit teamsActing as a key contact for clients, directors, and HMRCDriving continuous improvement in compliance processes
What You'll BringEssential:CTA or ACA qualifiedSignificant experience in corporate tax within a practice environmentStrong technical knowledge and quality review skillsA collaborative, people-focused leadership styleA commitment to continuous learning and developmentAlignment with values such as fairness, opportunity, and personal responsibility
Desirable:Experience managing a client portfolioAdvisory experience across a range of taxesWorking knowledge of VAT, PAYE, and personal tax issuesProven track record of mentoring and developing junior staff
