What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Assisting with HR documentation, contracts, and compliance
- Coordinating training and development activities
- Assisting with providing first-line support for HR queries
- Helping to drive HR projects and initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative role (HR experience is a bonus!)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
