ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR

Our Client is seeking an enthusiastic person to join our professional and dedicated team of advisers. Our services are critical to the development of social enterprises, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and community groups throughout the Highlands and Islands. You will ideally have experience of the third sector and skills in at least some of the areas for which we provide support to our clients, e.g. strategic planning, financial forecasting, charitable trading, stakeholder consultation, governance, feasibility studies, facilitation, workshop delivery.

Our Client provides business consultancy and support to communities, social enterprises and SMEs, predominantly in the Highlands and Islands, but also nationally and internationally and often in collaboration with other organisations to deliver joint projects. Some of our work is delivered free through contracts such as the Scottish Government.

Location is city centre of Inverness.

Starting salary: 35,000 per annum

Annual leave: 35 days holiday entitlement

Hours: This is a full-time post, but part-time / flexible working can be considered

Duration: Permanent, subject to an initial 6-month probationary period.
