Your new company
This company is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to act as the anchor for office operations, supporting teams across multiple sites.
Your new role

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site operations team.Book and coordinate facilities contractors and manage site access.Maintain physical filing systems, handle document shredding, and ensure the office remains tidy and well-organised.Take accurate minutes during meetings and compile clear, concise reports for stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
