Site Manager - Redcar
Your new company
You will be working for a Northern roofing contractor, who specialise in industrial and commercial roofing and cladding. They pride themselves on being a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to safety and quality.
They deliver a wide range of services, within the construction industry. Which includes new build and refurbishment projects. You will be reporting to the contracts director, who has over 30 years experience within the construction industry.
Your new role
In this exciting project you will play a key role in a small team, reporting directly to senior management. Key duties will be to:
- Manage operatives at site level ensuring works are completed to high standards in a safe and timely manner
- You will liaise with clients and staff
- Material handling
- You will be required to complete daily site reports for submission to head off and client
What you'll need to succeed
- SMSTS/ SSSTS
- Valid CSCS
- Relevant industry experience
