Alongside our traditional classroom training/coaching, we also deliver our services outside in the fresh air, in line with our wellbeing beliefs. We are seeking Qualified (or Working Towards) Full & Part-Time energetic Teachers to join our dedicated team at our new Luton & Bedfordshire sites in May 24. You need to be able to show empathy and build a rapport with our team members & students. Underpinned with sound knowledge of the ESOL world and the classroom, you would need good IT skills, and an eye for detail. You need to have a good understanding of the importance of accuracy, well-organized administration, and data activities to support class curriculum, Individual Learners' Plans as well as lesson plans. You need to be able to use your own initiative while knowing when to ask for help and work in a team. Salary Range: £22k-£26k (Pro-Rata, Experience Dependent) The successful applicant will be expected to work within the team in order to achieve our company's targets.
